- After a detailed market analysis and initial probing discussions, potential companies interested in selling are quickly identified.
- Promising detailed discussions are held. After an intensive due diligence process, our client makes his first offer, which is accepted by the seller after a series of rather challenging rounds of negotiation.
- We supervise the subsequent transitional phase and the integration of the acquired company. Incidentally, the former shareholder remains in the company and continues under his own responsibility to manage transactions locally, until his anticipated retirement in two years.
- Our client has completed the next stage of growth! In addition, he is still in negotiations with a second seller, and has concluded a cooperation agreement with a third interested party.
