Our business activities extend mainly to Europe. Nevertheless Germany is in the pole position concerning the channel of distribution. Our success lies in the professionalism of our employees (working process) as well as the excellent quality of our products.

In the course of the expansion of our business activities worldwide we have a vacancy for you.

Key Accountabilities:

  • working closely with the International Key Accounters within Europe and globally
  • lead the most critical customer negotiations
  • identify and manage a comprehensive portfolio
  • provide regular sales forecasts
  • lead and coach their direct reports to ensure that the team´s capability is developed


Job requirements:

  • University degree or equivalent
  • proven track record in international business development
  • long experience in B2B sales role
  • experience of working in a matrix organization
  • industrial lubricants experience desirable
  • experience of managing negotiations
  • fluent business English
