The core competence of the management consultancy “Dipl.-Kfm. Claus-Peter Barfeld” is the recruitment of management personnel as well as highly qualified specialists. Our professional support in placing supervisory and advisory board positions is a valuable addition to our consultancy services. We make sure to provide our client with a transparent search process from assignment confirmation to placement as well as ensuring a constant flow of information.

Initially we organise a client meeting to discuss in detail the job specification as well as the work environment and target group. As a next step and with the support of our in-house research department we engage in the targeted identification and the discreet approach of potential candidates. During the search process we draw on both internal and external databases. We evaluate the qualification of a candidate during a structured personal interview and subsequently prepare a detailed candidate profile. This is followed by the personal presentation of the candidate.

The executive search process - in which one of our consultants is assigned as your regular contact partner - continues until we have found the candidate who best meets your specific requirements.

Our recruitment activities cover all areas of corporate management, such as controlling, distribution, production or general management. Our placement record across the various corporate levels is distributed as follows

• 35% senior management
• 25% specialists

Another focus of our work is the search for female managers. Female managers are more in demand than ever which is not only due to demographic changes or the legal requirements to give women equal opportunities.
